  •     who wants to practice languages (it is not required to speak other languages fluently, but it will be very useful)
  •     who has some free time (at least for a walk 2-4 hours a month),
  •     who knows stories or peculiar corners of Granada that he/she would like to share with visitors,

HOW DOES THE SERVICE GREETERS WORK?

Visitors who want to request a free walk with a Greeter, must complete the form "Book a Greeter" on this website for 15/20 days in advance. In this way we will have time to find the best Greeter, adapted to their hobbies (cultural, gastronomic, environment, shopping, nature, flamenco, theater ...), their language, age, schedule, suits, and so on.

We do not offer guarantees to find a Greeter available on that date and time. And we appreciate the understanding of visitors if you finally do not get it.

As soon as we receive the requests for Greeters, we confirme via e-mail, Whatsapp or Messenger (Facebook), the point and time of meeting. It is therefore recommended that the visitor is reachable by any of these means before and during your visit to Granada.

DURING THE WALK ...

The walk will last between 2 and 4 hours, although if the visitor and the Greeter agree, they can stretch it or even repeate it.

If there are some monetary expenditure during the walk, such as beverages, transportation, etc., both the visitor and the Greeter will pay their own expenses; however although no tipping is allowed for the service, an invitation to the Greeter will not be considered as a tip and it is desirable that these expenses are paid by the visitor; We must understand that the Greeters are volunteers.

Visitors are aware of the rules and objectives of the service and agree. The Greeter is free to terminate the ride and leave, if visitors do not agree with the rules, arrive late, are disrespectful, or show no interest for the walk.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The city walks are the responsibility of each of the participants.
